These are pictures from our spring break camping trip to Fontnelle. We (especially the kids, Marc, and puppies) had a blast! It was nice to be away from home for a few days. The scenery was gorgeous. We camped along Fontnelle Creek which is part of the Fontnelle Dam project. I included a picture of the sign but this grouping a creeks/rivers/dams/ flows all the way down to Arizona. It is part of the Colorado River Storage project. Kinda neat, and beautiful blue water.
We took all the four wheelers/RZR and the jeep and did lots of trail riding. The kids were SO happy to be back on the four wheelers. They both ended up with red faces from the sun. The weather here is beautiful now. High 60's/low 70's and bright and sunny. The warm weather is so exciting to us and its so nice to put up the heavy winter gear.
